A Portrait of Therapeutic Hypnosis

Sometimes people confuse stage hypnosis with therapeutic hypnosis. It is not the same thing, and unfortunately stage hypnosis influences the general public’s notion of hypno-therapy.

While hypnosis can be used for the purpose of entertainment, hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to help people achieve an objective, such as feeling more comfortable in airplanes, letting go of anger, boosting self-esteem and much more. The results can be just as amazing and spectacular.
